Job summary

Lunar Denmark in Aarhus is seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to guide two squads of engineers, set direction, remove blockers, and grow senior ICs. You will align platform outcomes with reliability, productivity and quality while advancing AI-native development.

Based in Aarhus with four days in the office, you will partner with Product and other teams to translate customer needs into technical priorities, influence architecture, and coach your team toward impactful, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years leading engineering teams, mentoring senior ICs and tech leads.
• Platform engineering experience focusing on internal customers and adoption.
• Strong infrastructure experience: hosting, scaling, cost considerations.
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools and curiosity about future directions.
• Clear product instinct: align platform roadmap with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead two squads of senior engineers, set direction, remove blockers, and mentor engineers.
• Own platform outcomes: reliability, productivity, quality, and adoption; set internal standards.
• Drive AI-native development and embed best practices across teams and processes.
• Collaborate with Product and other teams to map tech priorities to customer needs.
• Communicate expectations clearly and partner with stakeholders to align roadmaps.
