• Lead two squads of senior engineers, set direction, clear blockers, and empower ICs.
• Own platform outcomes across both squads: reliability, productivity, quality, adoption.
• Drive Lunar's shift to AI-native development from experiments to embedded practice.

• Drive AI-native development and embed it across the software factory.
• Partner with Product to map technical priorities to customer needs.
