Job summary

LEGO Group seeks a Manager, Engineering Management System Development to shape and improve the Engineering Management System across Engineering & Workplace. You will translate priorities into practical processes, standards and knowledge to support consistent delivery.

You will partner with leaders and experts to clarify ownership, strengthen interfaces and ensure the system remains coherent, practical and relevant to teams using it.

Qualifications

• Experience developing or improving management systems, quality systems, operating models, business processes or governance frameworks.
• Built or improved processes, standards, methods or templates for consistent work.
• Translated complex stakeholder needs into EMS solutions.
• Applied process management and continuous-improvement principles.
• Worked across functions without formal authority.
• Structured information and communicated to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Used digital management systems and analytics to support processes.
• Facilitated planning, communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve EMS components within the EMS roadmap.
• Translate priorities into practical processes, standards, and guidance.
• Help develop a coherent EMS architecture across governance, processes, performance and knowledge.
• Coordinate development with owners and reduce duplication, strengthen ownership.
• Build information and knowledge structures for easy access and use.
• Define requirements for workflows, reporting, analytics and automation.
• Create adoption and maturity measures to show improvements.
• Maintain a transparent backlog and coordinate development activities.
