Responsibilities
- Develop and improve EMS components within the EMS roadmap.
- Translate priorities and user needs into processes, standards and guidance.
- Coordinate development with owners; clarify interfaces and reduce duplication.
- Maintain a transparent improvement backlog and track adoption metrics.
- Explore AI, automation and digital tools to strengthen EMS accessibility.
