Job summary

Norlys Energy Trading A/S is seeking a Client Success Manager to join the Energy Asset Integration & Operations team in Aalborg. You will help manage the client journey after contracts are signed, focusing on onboarding, data quality, and system alignment for renewable and flexible energy assets.

You will work across Sales, Trading, Settlement, IT and operations to ensure smooth processes, timely activities, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, administrative, analytical, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to handle data and digital tools with an overview of parallel processes.
• Willingness to learn energy sector concepts and market processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of clients and energy assets.
• Collect, import and quality-assure metering and master data.
• Ensure systems are configured and registrations completed; coordinate switching processes.
• Handle client questions and coordinate outages and redispatch activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Settlement, IT and other teams; identify process improvements.
