Job summary

Norlys Energy Trading A/S is seeking a Client Success Manager for a maternity cover role. You will be part of the Client Success team within Energy Asset Integration & Operations, handling onboarding, data management, and operations for renewable assets such as wind, solar, and batteries.

You will navigate between clients, commercial colleagues, and technical teams to ensure processes are completed smoothly and accurately. The contract runs January 2027 through December 2027.

Qualifications

• Structured, thorough approach to data-intensive processes with ownership of tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in operational, administrative, analytical, or client-facing roles.
• Comfort with data, digital tools and business systems.
• Independent responsibility for tasks and deadlines.
• Professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
• Curiosity about process improvements, automation and AI.
• Fluent in English; Danish or other European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and data management: coordinate onboarding/offboarding of clients and assets; manage metering and master data; ensure registrations are complete.
• Daily operations and client coordination: handle client questions; coordinate outages and asset changes; ensure issue closure and documentation.
• Cross-functional responsibility and improvements: collaborate with Sales, Trading, Settlement, IT; identify simplifications and automation opportunities; contribute to master-data platform and tools.
