Job summary

DLG Group is seeking an IT Operations professional to support colleagues across the organisation, ensuring a stable and efficient digital workplace. You will handle user requests, provide guidance on Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, and endpoint management, and maintain printers and devices in a modern IT environment.

Qualifications

• Completed an IT-related education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, Windows 10/11, and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting printers, print environments, or related workplace technologies.
• Enjoy providing user-focused support and understanding the needs of end users.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Take initiative and are motivated to develop your areas of responsibility.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve user requests and incidents via phone and ticketing systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, SCCM (if applicable), and mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors and external support partners when required.
• Support and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and workplace technologies in a modern end-user computing environment.
• Deliver reliable and customer-oriented IT support to colleagues across the organization.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of workplace services and processes.
