Dustin is seeking a Digital Workplace Services Senior Engineer in Denmark to shape and support Microsoft 365, Intune, Identity, Security, and emerging AI capabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Experience designing, administering, and supporting Microsoft 365, Security, Identity, and Endpoint Management in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365 suite and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, PIM, Defender, and Identity Governance.
• Nice to have PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and automation experience.
• Danish and English fluency.

• Deliver and support Microsoft Cloud services, managing incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and escalations across M365, Identity, Security, and Endpoint Management.
• Drive service quality and continuous improvement by optimizing configurations and maintaining documentation.
• Act as a senior technical expert and trusted advisor with customers and internal teams to implement secure, scalable Digital Workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, secure, and value-driven solutions.

Your role & influence as Digital Workplace Services Senior Engineer

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for designing, operating, and continuously improving Microsoft Digital Workplace services across Microsoft 365, Security, Identity, and Endpoint Management, ensuring high service quality, operational excellence, and customer success.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of designing, operating, and continuously improving Microsoft 365, Security, Identity, and Endpoint Management services. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Service Desk and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, secure, and value-driven solutions for customers.

Core activities:

• Deliver and support Microsoft Cloud services, managing incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and escalations across Microsoft 365, Identity, Security, and Endpoint Management environments.
• Drive service quality and continuous improvement by optimizing configurations, maintaining documentation, sharing knowledge, and identifying opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Act as a senior technical expert and trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams and customers to implement secure, scalable, and value-driven Digital Workplace solutions.
