Job summary

Colorful Standard is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to turn our integrated supply chain into a planning engine that drives the business from day one. You will own forecasting, S&OP, and the flow from data to production orders, maintaining healthy inventory levels.

You will coordinate with our Portugal factory, manage 3PL partnerships and drive warehouse productivity. The role reports to the COO and offers real ownership in an international setting in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• HD or Master’s degree in supply chain or logistics required.
• Experience owning demand forecasting and running an S&OP process.
• Broad supply chain experience including logistics and warehousing.
• Experience managing logistics partners (3PL, transport) and improving warehouse productivity.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets, ERP systems and Excel.
• Ability to balance commercial, production and management needs.
• Hands-on and able to drive processes from data to decisions.
• Motivated to apply AI tools to supply chain problems.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and S&OP process end-to-end and translate decisions into production orders.
• Coordinate with the factory in Portugal on orders, priorities and lead times.
• Manage 3PL partnerships and warehouse transport costs while maintaining service levels.
• Build and report on operations KPIs and drive improvements.
