Own the plan - from forecast to customer
Few fashion brands have their own factory. We do, and that gives us the rare chance to run our entire supply chain as one connected system. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to turn that advantage into a planning engine that drives the business. We offer a hands-on role where you will run the processes yourself and have real impact on our supply chain from day one.
The Role
- Forecasting and S&OP: Own our forecasting process, including the system, data and accuracy tracking. Run our S&OP process end to end and turn its decisions into production orders and healthy inventory levels.
- Factory coordination: Work closely with our factory in Portugal on orders, priorities and lead times.
- Logistics: Manage our 3PL partnerships and transport agreements, and drive productivity in our warehouse operations together with the local team in Portugal - securing a high service level to customers while keeping costs under control.
- KPIs and performance: Build and report on our operations KPIs and drive improvement.
Your Background
Required
- Higher education in supply chain management or logistics, such as an HD or a Master’s degree (Cand.merc. or similar)
- Experience owning demand forecasting and running an S&OP process
- Broad supply chain experience, typically from a mid‑sized company, including logistics and warehousing
- Experience managing logistics partners (3PL, transport) and improving warehouse productivity
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with large data sets, ERP systems and Excel
- Able to balance the needs of commercial, production and management, and find the solution that works best for the business
- Hands‑on and comfortable driving the processes yourself, from data to decisions
- Motivated to apply AI tools to real supply chain problems and willing to learn as you go
Preferred
- Experience from apparel or other seasonal consumer goods
- Experience planning for multiple sales channels, such as e-commerce, retail and wholesale
- Experience working with an in‑house or closely integrated factory
- Danish and/or Portuguese language skills
What We Offer
- A broad role reporting to the COO with real ownership of planning and logistics
- Room to shape the role and influence how we work and develop our processes
- An international team and a brand new office in Nørrebro, Copenhagen
- Some travel to our factory in Portugal and to international partners can be expected
