Job summary

FDCTech, Inc. is seeking a Managing Director to lead its licensed Electronic Money Institution in Denmark, responsible for operationalizing the new license, governance, and commercial strategy in the Danish market.

You will chair local management committees, ensure regulatory integrity, nurture banking relationships, oversee budgets and product rollout, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to achieve sustainable growth while maintaining strict compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership within a regulated financial institution (EMI/Payment/Neo-Bank) in Northern Europe.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Law.
• Industry certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Danish EMI operation and ensure regulatory integrity.
• Direct corporate governance and report to the local Board.
• Drive commercial strategy and market expansion.
• Oversee budgets, vendor oversight, and operational resilience.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and banking partners.
