Job summary

Nous Ventures seeks a Denmark-based regulatory and compliance lead to own end-to-end legal representation for the local subsidiary. Your work ensures lawful operations, filings, licences and corporate records are meticulously managed, with direct interaction with regulators and banks.

You will drive AML, data protection and regulatory compliance, coordinate inspections, and oversee asset control processes, acting as the legal face of the country operation with Danish and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Strong regulatory, compliance or entity-management background.
• Danish and English are both a must.

• Keep the Denmark subsidiary lawful, compliant and properly represented.
• Own statutory filings, licences, corporate records and registrations end to end.

When the regulator, the bank or the authorities pick up the phone, they ask for one name.

It needs to be yours.

A scaling, heavily regulated international business is live and trading in Denmark, and they need one person to lead the subsidiary and own it end to end.

Your job is to keep the entity lawful, compliant and properly represented, and to be the person regulators, banks and courts deal with directly.

You'll own the statutory filings, licences, corporate records and registrations. The boring but important stuff.

You'll run local AML, data protection and regulatory compliance, coordinate inspections and legal matters, and oversee the asset control process end to end, the receipt, verification, custody and transfer. The fun stuff.

You are the legal face of an entire country operation, so you will carry genuine statutory responsibility as the legal representative of the company.

A strong regulatory, compliance or entity-management background is non negotiable. We will not speak to anyone without serious regulatory experience. Danish and English are both a must.
