Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Construction Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities for EMEA brownfield projects. You will oversee cost governance, forecasting, and change control while guiding investment decisions.

You will drive value engineering, cost optimization, and robust reporting, partnering with Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Operations to deliver lasting value across global workplace projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial/cost management for large-scale capital projects.
• Experience with tendering, cost planning, cost control, forecasting, contract administration, and change management.
• Proven ability to influence investment decisions through value engineering and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to translate project data into business insights and leadership recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities for EMEA brownfield projects with strong cost governance.
• Lead cost planning, forecasting, change management, and contingency oversight.
• Drive cost optimization and value engineering across projects.
• Develop commercial reporting and dashboards for cost and risk insights.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Operations and external partners.
