You will drive value engineering, cost optimization, and robust reporting, partnering with Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Operations to deliver lasting value across global workplace projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial/cost management for large-scale capital projects.

Then make it real!** # **About the role**As Senior Construction Commercial Manager in Global Workplace Projects, you'll provide commercial leadership across EMEA brownfield projects while helping strengthen commercial governance, portfolio risk management. You'll oversee cost management, estimating, change control, and commercial reporting while providing insights that support major investment decisions. This is an opportunity to influence how the LEGO Group delivers large-scale workplace and infrastructure projects and ensure investments create lasting value.This role suits an experienced commercial professional who's comfortable operating independently and serving as the primary commercial lead within a geographically dispersed team.
