Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical construction, QA/QC, commissioning or inspection.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specs and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical quality inspections during construction and commissioning.
• Verify installations against drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Assist with inspection of MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, cabling, containment, earthing and related infrastructure.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Assist in tracking punch lists, snagging items and quality observations.
• Maintain records of inspections, testing and quality documentation.
• Support preparation and review of quality dossiers, turnover packages and commissioning documents.
• Attend site inspections, quality meetings and progress reviews.
• Work with contractors, commissioning teams, client representatives and project management.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure site health and safety compliance.
• Support system handovers and project close-out.

The successful candidate will support the QA/QC team in ensuring that all electrical installations are completed in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, industry standards, and commissioning procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support electrical quality inspections throughout construction and commissioning phases.
• Verify electrical installations against approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
• Assist with the inspection of MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, cabling, containment, earthing, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Identify quality issues and support the implementation and close-out of corrective actions.
• Assist in tracking and managing punch lists, snagging items, and quality observations.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality documentation.

Requirements

• Electrical qualification, apprenticeship, diploma, or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience within electrical construction, QA/QC, commissioning, or inspection activities.
• Understanding of electrical systems used within commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data centre environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects across Europe.
