Job summary

Northern Partners AB is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to coordinate and deliver electrical packages within projects in Sweden. You will oversee the package team, manage labour, and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Electrical background and knowledge related to electrical packages and projects.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar electrical package management role.
• Experience of delivering electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning.
• Strong delegation and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team.
• Ability to collaborate with wider project team and stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for your Package's team, labour control and coordination.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders regularly.
• Maintain quality and health and safety standards in line with procedures.
• Deliver electrical projects on time and within budget from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage an existing core cross-functional team or develop the team.
