You will own the ElectricalPackage from planning through handover, coordinatingSensori’selectrical team, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders. This role combines site leadership, quality assurance, and safety accountability to deliver complex, large-scale electrical installations aligned withSensori’sstandards and client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Electrical Systems package, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and close-out.
- Coordinate Site QA withSensori QA Manager;establish, manage, and close out the QA file and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Co-manage site safety with the Electrical Project Manager and Sensori Safety Advisor; set up,maintain, and close out the project safety file.
- Maintain and drive the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and client milestones.
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation, productivity, and adherence to Sensori policies and procedures.
- Manage subcontractor performance, progress tracking,manpowerlevels, and weekly coordination meetings.
- OperateSensori’ssnagging system; ensure supervisors issue weekly punch lists and distribute snags to subcontractors.
- Issue directlabourand subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking.
- Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination sessions, and handover meetings.
- Deliver final account, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety and QA files, material and plant relocations, and project plan close-out with the project team.
- Schedule and track material deliveries to align with the projectprogramme.
- Maintain a weekly photographic diary and ensure all project documentation is current.
- Performadditionaltasksrequiredto meet projectobjectivesand Sensori standards.
Qualifications and experience
- Trade qualification and/or third-level degree in electrical engineering, electrical installation, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experienceinlarge electrical installation projects.
- Proventrack recordof coordinating and delivering large-scale installations on timeand tobudget.
- Experience with industrial relations and managing multi-contractor environments.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
- Experience indesign-and-builddelivery models.
- Solid technical understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent IT literacy, including project scheduling and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under tight deadlines and drive large-scale projects to completion.
