Job summary

Mane Energy is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to take ownership of major electrical work packages on a technically complex project in Denmark.

This is a senior delivery role with responsibility across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Significant electrical construction/project delivery experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Package Manager or similar.
• Strong programme and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Managing package programmes, sequencing and look‑ahead planning.
• Coordinating engineering deliverables and interfaces.
• Reviewing drawings and resolving technical issues.
• Managing labour, materials, plant and equipment.
• Monitoring installation progress and performance.
• Managing package‑level commercial performance and cost control.
• Identifying variations, risks and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinating testing, commissioning and turnover.
• Ensuring Health & Safety and QA/QC performance.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to take ownership of major electrical work packages on a technically complex project in Denmark.

This is a senior delivery role with responsibility across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

You’ll lead Engineers, Supervisors, Subcontractors and specialist Vendors, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure your package is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of major electrical packages from planning through to handover
• Developing package execution plans and construction strategies
• Leading Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and specialist vendors
• Managing package programmes, sequencing and look-ahead planning
• Coordinating engineering deliverables and technical interfaces
• Reviewing drawings and resolving technical issues
• Managing labour, materials, plant and equipment
• Monitoring installation progress and programme performance
• Managing package-level commercial performance and cost control
• Identifying variations, risks and commercial opportunities
• Managing subcontractor performance and valuations
• Coordinating testing, commissioning and system turnover
• Managing punch lists and project close-out
• Ensuring strong Health & Safety and QA/QC performance
• Managing relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
• Mentoring Engineers and Supervisors
• Supporting the development of future Project Management capability

We're Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline
• Significant electrical construction/project delivery experience
• Previous experience as an Electrical Package Manager, Electrical Construction Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer or similar
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission-critical project experience
• Strong LV experience
• MV/HV exposure would be advantageous
• Experience managing major electrical packages
• Experience managing subcontractors and specialist vendors
• Strong commissioning and handover experience
• Strong programme and commercial awareness
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving capabilities

Experience managing electrical packages valued at €5m+ would be highly advantageous.
