Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions, part of the Fluor Group, is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to lead electrical work on a major Data Centre project in Denmark. You will oversee delivery of electrical packages, coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and vendors, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role offers exposure to programme management, client engagement, and commercial management, with progression toward Project Management leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project delivery.
• Experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or mission critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Knowledge of commissioning, testing and handover processes.
• Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and cost-control understanding.

Responsibilities

• Review package scope, specifications and drawings.
• Develop package execution plans with the Project Manager.
• Develop procurement schedules and construction programmes.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables for construction readiness.
• Lead engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to milestones.
• Monitor progress and manage delivery risks.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate labour, materials and equipment for productivity.
