We are looking for a DSP Integration & Platform Engineer to join our team in Ballerup, Denmark. You will help turn advanced DSP technologies into robust, efficient and production-ready product solutions.
You will join FalCom’s Audio Engineering team — a specialised, international and collaborative R&D environment working across Embedded Software, Hardware, Acoustics, System Engineering and Configuration.

This role is primarily about integrating and optimising existing DSP technologies — including third-party SDKs, codecs, middleware and frameworks — rather than developing new algorithms from scratch.
You will work at the intersection of DSP, embedded software, hardware and acoustics to ensure DSP functionality is efficient, reusable and reliable across FalCom products.
You are curious, structured and pragmatic. You enjoy solving complex technical problems and turning advanced technology into solutions that work reliably in real products.
You take ownership, work independently and communicate clearly about technical choices, risks and trade‑offs. You also enjoy working closely with specialists across software, hardware, acoustics and system engineering.
