Align Technology is seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive the DSO UKI & Nordics strategy from Denmark. You will accelerate growth with major DSO groups, manage enterprise accounts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver sustained value and digital adoption across Europe.

The role requires deep healthcare/dental sector experience, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to travel extensively (70%+). English fluency is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (70%+).

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the DSO channel strategy across UKI & Nordics.
• Own and drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion for designated DSO accounts.
• Lead negotiations of strategic commercial agreements with Legal, Finance, and Commercial Operations.
• Build scalable account management frameworks and governance processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and growth.
