About This Job

We expect customer-oriented solutions and creativity to solve and improve customers' transportation needs. You are good at steering and anticipating daily events and solving unforeseen problems, while also taking measures to prevent recurrences. You have a coordinating role, ensuring that cargoes arrive at the right place at the right time in the most efficient way and ensure the maximization of ColliCare's own equipment. You maintain contact with all the right parties (clients, other ColliCare offices, transporters, and other involved parties) to make sure everyone has the correct information. Regular communication with customers is an important part of this role.

Your Tasks

• Daily disposition of goods to and from Norway
• Contact with agents and hauliers at home and abroad.
• Settlement of transport and other administrative matters related to the transport.
• Close cooperation with the operational department in Denmark and other ColliCare countries
• Manage all documents related to transport, such as import/export documents
• Contact existing customers and seek out new ones.
• Always have customer service in focus
  
  

Requirements For The Role

• Experience in conducting export and import transports, preferably with Norway
• Experienced within customs procedures and documentation
• Good understanding of Norwegian language as well as excellent oral and written English.
• Enthusiastic team player, assertive and creative
• Experienced user of tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, TMS (We use Soloplan-Carlo).
• Analytical mind-set
• Excellent communication and service skills
• Able to take to responsibility
