Job summary

GN Store Nord A/S is seeking a Head of Platforms & Tools to lead our Platforms & Tools team within Business Operations from Copenhagen, with a hybrid work setup. You will set strategic direction for the business application landscape, ensuring governance, adoption, and secure, scalable workflows across the Enterprise Division.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team including Application Owners, Managers, and Systems Specialists, and partner with DDI, Legal and CISO to deliver value while

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in business systems, application ownership or IT operations.
• Experience leading platform portfolios and driving measurable outcomes.
• Ability to align priorities with senior stakeholders and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for business-facing apps.
• Establish standard delivery workflows and SOPs across the Enterprise Division.
• Lead Application Owner and Application Management functions (config, licensing, budgets).
• Develop and support a multidisciplinary team of owners, managers and specialists.
• Enable user support via self-service knowledge bases and super-user networks.
• Promote secure, AI-enabled workflows aligned with corporate AI efforts.
• Embed cyber security and data governance into cross-functional workflows.
