Qualifications

• Senior pharmacovigilance leader with deep Safety Operations expertise.
• Experience leading high-volume safety operations across geographies.
• Ability to implement automation, digital solutions and AI to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute strategy for Safety Operations with focus on quality and compliance.
• Drive improvement and modernisation of processes, operating models and ways of working.
• Lead automation, data, and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure robust global safety case management, inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
