Job summary

Semco Maritime A/S seeks an experienced Senior Director, Fabrication in the Rig & Marine division to lead fabrication at Esbjerg, shape execution capabilities, and drive profitable growth. You will align fabrication with project management and workshop operations while promoting a strong safety culture and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience from fabrication within offshore, maritime, or energy-related industries.
• Strong strategic understanding and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Solid experience as a leader of leaders within complex project organisations.
• Experience with full P&L responsibility and a proven ability to balance operational excellence with commercial performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
• Proven ability to create structure, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall performance, development, and strategic direction of fabrication.
• Own fabrication facility and ensure strong performance and continuous improvement.
