LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Director, Marketing Operations & Data Enablement to establish and lead a newly formed function at the core of our marketing transformation. You will unite people, technology and processes to build a stronger, more connected and commercial marketing organisation.

You will lead a diverse team, set strategic direction and drive development of our data foundation to enable better marketing decisions and commercial growth.

Qualificações

• Significant leadership experience at director level within an international organisation.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation initiatives and building capabilities.
• Strong understanding of data enablement, data platforms and data-driven operations.
• Experience shaping operating models, governance and ways of working.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing function and unify capabilities, talent and expertise across dispersed teams.
• Set the strategic vision and operating model for Marketing Data Enablement and Operations.
• Lead the Commercial Marketing Data Foundation transformation with scalable data platforms and processes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Digital Product and Engineering.
• Translate technical concepts into business value and measurable improvements.
• Influence senior leaders, build compelling business cases and secure alignment.
• Inspire and develop talent, fostering an inclusive, change-ready culture.
