Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Måløv is seeking a Director of CMC Analytical Execution & Technology (AET) to lead a multidisciplinary team of ~150 staff and ensure reliable analytical delivery across a growing development portfolio. You will shape automation, digitalisation, and technology strategies to advance medicines from development to patients.

You will define the strategic roadmap for analytical execution, drive performance, and build partnerships across the value chain.

Qualifications

MSc and 5+ years in QC/analytical development or related CMC disciplines.
5+ years in leadership at strategic level; senior leadership required.
Cross-functional experience in CMC Development; influence at VP level.
Strong stakeholder management and senior management communication.
Proven track record of driving change and improving outcomes.
Lean mindset and continuous improvement to reduce lead times and improve capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead five execution teams plus IT and Technology Engineering to deliver analytical results.
Define and execute strategic roadmap for analytical execution and technology enablement.
Set long-term strategy balancing priorities and regulatory expectations.
Establish trusted stakeholder relations across the value chain.
Drive automation, digitalisation, and future capabilities.
