BESTSELLER TECH in Denmark is seeking a Tech Specialist in Digital Workplace to own and improve the devices and tools colleagues rely on daily, balancing hands-on technical work with close business collaboration.

You will join Workplace, work with the Product Owner, and translate business needs into concrete tasks while maintaining strong technical input. The role offers hybrid work across our Brande or Aarhus offices and flexibility for remote work when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows client management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience with 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and understanding their needs.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and improve our client environment, ensuring solutions that work for our colleagues.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes and find sustainable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, understanding their needs and translating them into better workplace services.
• Contribute to the wider workplace environment, including printing and meeting room technologies.
• Work closely with your team and Product Owner to align technical improvements with business needs and priorities.
• Share your expertise and document solutions, ensuring that knowledge is accessible across the team.
