Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking required.
• Experience designing, administering, and supporting Microsoft 365, Security, Identity, and Endpoint Management in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong technical skills within Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, PIM, Defender, and Identity Governance. Nice to have experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and automation initiatives.
• Danish and English fluency.

Your role & influence as Digital Workplace Services Senior Engineer

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for designing, operating, and continuously improving Microsoft Digital Workplace services across Microsoft 365, Security, Identity, and Endpoint Management, ensuring high service quality, operational excellence, and customer success.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of designing, operating, and continuously improving Microsoft 365, Security, Identity, and Endpoint Management services. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Service Desk and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, secure, and value-driven solutions for customers.
Core activities:

• Deliver and support Microsoft Cloud services, managing incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and escalations across Microsoft 365, Identity, Security, and Endpoint Management environments.

• Drive service quality and continuous improvement by optimizing configurations, maintaining documentation, sharing knowledge, and identifying opportunities for automation and standardization.

• Act as a senior technical expert and trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams and customers to implement secure, scalable, and value-driven Digital Workplace solutions.
