Sofigate in Copenhagen seeks an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead customer projects across digital transformation and enterprise technology. You will drive initiatives from planning through implementation, aligning business objectives with governance and measurable outcomes.

With 3–5 years of leading transformation projects, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring delivery using agile, waterfall or hybrid methods and leveraging AI-enabled planning tools.

At Sofigate, we combine transformation expertise with modern platforms, data and AI. We are now looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Copenhagen team and lead customer projects across digital transformation and enterprise technology.

Your role

As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption. Your projects may involve enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, IT implementations, Process Transformation or AI-enabled solutions.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will create clarity, maintain momentum and ensure tangible business value—whether you lead an entire project or programme, a transformation workstream or the establishment of effective governance and delivery structures.

• Communicate complex topics clearly and facilitate effective decision‑making
• Are comfortable working with agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methods
• Are curious about AI, automation and how emerging technologies can create measurable business value
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently and communicate fluently in Danish and English

Experience with ServiceNow or IT operating‑model transformation would be a strong advantage.

Consulting and organizational change management experience are also valuable.
