Lundbeck A/S, H in Copenhagen seeks a Compliance Officer, Digital & Engagement to translate compliance priorities into practical digital solutions, leveraging data, AI and engaging communication to improve effectiveness and user experience.

You will develop dashboards, drive AI adoption within governance, and lead the annual Code of Ethics eLearning cycle, collaborating across Global Legal & Compliance and the wider Lundbeck organization.

Formación

• Relevant background in business, communications, technology, data, law or life sciences with experience in compliance, digital transformation, analytics, learning or communication.
• Experience translating business needs into digital, data-driven or communication solutions across functions.
• Practical experience with digital tools, data analysis, dashboards, automation or AI-enabled ways of working with governance knowledge.
• Experience coordinating learning, communication or change initiatives and strong written/spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement opportunities within digital tools, data, AI and automation to improve compliance processes and user experience across Global Legal & Compliance.
• Translate business and compliance needs into practical solutions, including digital workflows, dashboards and automation, supporting governance and adoption of key platforms.
• Develop compliance dashboards, management reporting and data-driven insights to support risk prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of approved AI solutions within Lundbeck's governance framework, ensuring responsible use of technology.
• Lead the annual Code of Ethics eLearning cycle and coordinate learning, communication and engagement initiatives to simplify complex topics.
