Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a Compliance Officer, Digital & Engagement to strengthen Ethics & Compliance with practical digital solutions, data-driven insights, and engaging communication. You will work across functions to drive digital improvements and AI-enabled solutions across Global Legal & Compliance.

Qualifications

Your new role

As our Compliance Officer, Digital & Engagement, you will play a key role in strengthening how Ethics & Compliance is delivered across Lundbeck. You will translate compliance priorities into practical digital solutions, data-driven insights, learning initiatives and engaging communication that improve effectiveness, scalability and user experience.

Working across functions, you will have the opportunity to drive digital improvements, support the adoption of AI-enabled solutions and make compliance processes simpler and more accessible for colleagues across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identify and implement opportunities within digital tools, data, AI and automation to improve compliance processes, decision-making and user experience across Global Legal & Compliance.
• Translate business and compliance needs into practical solutions, including digital workflows, dashboards and automation, while supporting governance, enhancements and adoption of key compliance platforms.
• Develop compliance dashboards, management reporting and data-driven insights to support risk prioritization, measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption of approved AI solutions within Lundbeck's governance framework, helping colleagues use technology effectively and responsibly.
• Lead the annual Code of Ethics eLearning cycle and coordinate targeted compliance learning, communication and engagement initiatives that make complex topics clear, relevant and accessible.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to simplify processes, improve user experience and strengthen how colleagues interact with compliance guidance, tools and resources.

Your future team

You will join our Global Ethics & Compliance team, working closely with colleagues across Global Legal & Compliance and the wider Lundbeck organization.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, combining expertise in compliance, technology, data and communication to develop practical solutions that support the business.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What You Bring To The Team

We are looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of compliance, technology, data and communication and is motivated by turning complex needs into practical solutions.

We imagine that you bring:

• A relevant educational background within Business, Communications, Technology, Data, Law, Life Sciences or a related field, combined with solid experience from compliance, digital transformation, analytics, learning, communication or related areas.
• Experience translating business needs into digital, data-driven or communication solutions and driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation and adoption.
• Practical experience with digital tools, data analysis, dashboards, automation or AI-enabled ways of working, combined with an understanding of compliance, risk and governance.
• Experience developing or coordinating learning, communication or change initiatives in a complex organization, along with excellent written and spoken English.
• You are curious, proactive and improvement-oriented, with an analytical mindset and strong communication skills. You enjoy simplifying complex topics, identifying opportunities for improvement and creating solutions that make a difference for others.
• You are comfortable working independently, collaborating with stakeholders across functions and influencing without formal authority. You can balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution and recurring operational responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on integrity, governance and continuous improvement.

Annual base salary range: 687 000 - 944 900 DKK gross.
