• Provide day-to-day guidance on ethics and compliance matters, including anti-bribery/anti-corruption policies.
• Identify and assess compliance risks and propose mitigation approaches.
• Develop global processes, tools and guidance across ethics and compliance areas.
• Support the development and delivery of the global ethics and compliance strategy.
• Build relationships across the business, Legal and Internal Audit, and monitor risks.
