Lattec, based in Allerød, Denmark, seeks a hands-on Device Tech Lead to drive device software development and hardware/software integration in connected products. You will own the Device domain, guide engineers, and work closely with hardware teams to ensure robust solutions and reliable deployments.

You will operate across Linux IoT, Python, C#/.NET on Linux, and C for MCUs, while aligning architecture and engineering priorities with the R&D software leadership.

Competenze

• Strong device, embedded, IoT or systems software experience.
• Pragmatic approach to guiding technical decisions and collaboration.
• Ability to work across frontend, backend/SRE, device, hardware and mechanical boundaries.
• Focus on quality, maintainability, reliability and practical engineering trade-offs.
• Ability to communicate device constraints and risks clearly to the team.

• Lead day-to-day technical work within the Device domain.
