Job summary

Mynt is expanding into Denmark and seeks a driven, entrepreneurial leader to build our commercial presence from the ground up. You will prospect, pitch, and close deals, proving the market and then grow a high-performing Danish sales team.

You will work closely with our Stockholm HQ, with a Copenhagen coworking space as an option, and shape the Danish go-to-market and culture. This founder-type role offers full ownership of strategy and results, a chance to be part of a fast‑growing scale-up,

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS or financial services in the Danish market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to be the first hire in a new market.
• Experience leading a team or readiness to grow into a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle in Denmark from prospecting to closing and relationship management.
• Identify and win new business in Denmark through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with C-level executives in consultative dialogues to create value for customers.
• Lead, hire and develop the Danish sales team as traction grows.
