Job summary

Actona Group A/S is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to drive demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory performance across our international supply chain. Based in Tvis, Holstebro, with travel to our factories in Poland and Lithuania, you will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and IT to align demand, supply, and availability.

You’ll develop forecasts, monitor KPIs, and identify risks and improvement opportunities while supporting tool and data

Are you passionate about demand planning, inventory optimization, and turning data into actionable business insights? We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to help ensure the right products are available at the right time across our international supply chain.

In this role, you will be responsible for demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory performance for our warehouse assortment. You will play a key role in the Sales & Operations Execution process and work closely with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and IT to align demand, supply, and availability.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, data, and business input.
• Plan and follow up on replenishment activities and open purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, service levels, forecast accuracy, and key planning KPIs.
• Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities across demand and supply planning.
• Support continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and data quality.

Who are you?

You have experience within demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain planning, and you enjoy working with data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel is an advantage.
