Job summary

Actona Group A/S is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to drive demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory performance across our international supply chain. Based in Tvis, Holstebro, with travel to our factories in Poland and Lithuania, you will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and IT to align demand, supply, and availability.

You’ll develop forecasts, monitor KPIs, and identify risks and improvement opportunities while supporting tool and data

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, replenishment, or inventory management and strong data orientation.
• Analytical, structured, proactive, and able to communicate with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends and data.
• Plan and follow up on replenishment activities and open purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, service levels, forecast accuracy, and key planning KPIs.
• Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities across demand and supply planning.
• Support continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and data quality.
