Novo Nordisk invites a DCS System Engineer to maintain and develop ABB 800xA-based automation solutions supporting regulated manufacturing operations in Kalundborg. You will collaborate with IT & Automation and Robotics teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable production environments.

The role emphasizes cGMP/compliance, system upgrades, data integrity, and effective cross-functional communication, with a path toward contributing to major investment projects and manufacturing excellence.

Qualifikationen

• ABB 800xA experience across configuration, operation, or development.
• Strong knowledge of DCS and OT architectures including servers, connectivity, and data integrity.
• Experience integrating automation systems with IT/OT platforms and data flows.
• Understanding of change control, testing, and regulatory requirements in regulated industries.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Support operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of ABB 800xA systems.
• Configure platform components, applications, user access, system settings, and interfaces.
• Support integrations between ABB 800xA and MES, SAP/EWM, PAT, and PI solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents, performance issues, and interface challenges to ensure stable operations.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, system releases, backups, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure documentation, testing, validation, and change management meet cGMP, GAMP, and data integrity standards.
