Job summary

Nordic RCC A/S in Copenhagen seeks a Data Engineer with BI expertise to join the Data and Analytics team. You will design, build, operate, and improve the analytics platform and data products, delivering reliable data pipelines and intuitive BI solutions for cross‑functional stakeholders.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, developers, and external providers to enable data‑driven decisions, maintain data quality, and monitor platform performance in production environments

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer or similar role.
Strong experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and production analytics platforms.
Cloud-native technology experience (Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake).
Familiarity with orchestration, monitoring, DevOps, Python, containers (Docker/K8s).
Knowledge of power systems or energy sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and data models.
Develop BI dashboards, reports, and data products for insights.
Operate and improve analytics platform services and BI solutions.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and monitoring across pipelines and platforms.
Monitor platform performance and resource usage.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver production analytics.
Document data flows and platform components for maintainability.
