• Built data analysis and visualization approaches to inform product decisions.
• Applied product discovery and user research methods to uncover user needs.
• Led product improvements using data and user insights in digital environments.
• Managed stakeholder relationships across product, engineering and user communities.
• Demonstrated experience working with digital products in a data-intensive or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear understanding of platform users, usage patterns and performance.
• Turn data and user feedback into recommendations that improve the platform experience.
• Identify meaningful patterns and opportunities that guide product priorities.
• Increase visibility of platform performance and user behaviour for teams and stakeholders.
• Help establish a stronger evidence-based approach to product management within the Data Platform team.
