LEGO Group is seeking a Digital Product Manager to shape data ingestion, transformation, and production-ready data across the LEGO Data Platform. This 10-month temporary role focuses on turning complex data tech into a simple, intuitive product for teams across LEGO Group.

You will own the journey from data ingestion through transformation to production-ready data, driving adoption and improving user experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Delivered technical product management for a data-intensive or platform-based product.
• Built product strategies and roadmaps aligning user needs with business goals.
• Managed products within cloud-based data platforms or ecosystems.
• Led product initiatives that improved adoption, efficiency, or user experience.
• Used hands-on data skills to inform product decisions.
• Developed platform or developer experiences to improve how users work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision and roadmap for the Databricks product experience.
• Simpler journeys for data ingestion, transformation, and preparation.
• Greater self-service capabilities for data practitioners across the platform.
• Balance governance, scalability, and technical complexity.
• Strong alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Increase adoption of platform capabilities with less reliance on specialist support.
