Job summary

Lunar Denmark is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Data Platform & Governance squad in Copenhagen. You will help build a clean, well-governed data infrastructure powering analytics, AI, and regulatory reporting across Lunar.

Lead 5–10 engineers, shape the team culture, support growth, and partner with product and insights to deliver reliable data pipelines and trusted data assets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience in data engineering, data platform, or data infrastructure.
• Strong people management skills and ability to ship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Data Platform & Governance squad — culture, safety, and career growth.
• Own performance and development of 5–10 engineers through 1:1s and growth plans.
• Drive delivery of reliable data pipelines, storage, and modelling.
• Define and raise data governance and quality standards across Lunar.
• Enable AI initiatives by ensuring structured, accessible data for product and engineering squads.
