Job summary

Lunar is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Data Platform & Governance squad to shape the data infrastructure powering analytics, AI, and regulatory reporting. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to set clear goals and deliver high-quality data products.

You will drive data governance, quality standards, and scalable data pipelines, partnering with Insights & Data to define boundaries between infrastructure and analytics while enabling

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience in data engineering, data platform, or data infrastructure.
• Strong people leadership and delivery balance.
• Comfortable shaping a mission and end-state with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Data Platform & Governance squad and set engineering culture.
• Own performance and development of 5–10 engineers with regular feedback.
• Deliver reliable data pipelines, storage, and modelling for the org.
• Raise data governance and quality standards across Lunar.
• Enable AI ambitions by keeping data structured and accessible.
