Job summary
Optimus Life Sciences is supporting a leading European construction contractor by appointing an experienced Site Manager for a growing portfolio of Data Centre projects in Denmark. The role leads field construction, coordinates site teams and subcontractors through construction, completion and handover, with emphasis on safety, quality and schedule.
Requirements include Data Centre or mission-critical construction experience, proven subcontractor management, EU work eligibility and fluent
Qualifications
- Experience in Data Centre or mission-critical construction projects.
- Proven responsibility for subcontractors and site delivery.
- Eligible to work in Denmark/EU.
- Fluent in English; Danish not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day construction activities onsite.
- Manage Site Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate construction packages and interfaces.
- Drive progress against programme and look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate CSA and MEP activities.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and site resources.
- Resolve construction issues and programme constraints.
- Drive quality, snagging and completion activities.
- Coordinate with Project Management, HSE, Quality and Commercial teams.
- Support construction completion, commissioning readiness and handover.
