Qualifications

• iGaming experience in Responsible Gaming or related risk roles.
• Analytical mindset with empathetic player interactions.
• Danish language at native or C2 level and fluent English.
• Familiarity with Danish gambling market rules and ROFUS/self-exclusion tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor player behavior to identify early signs of problem gambling.
• Conduct high-level risk assessments and welfare checks via live chat, email, or phone.
• Ensure compliance with Danish Spillemyndigheden regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Support, VIP, Fraud, and Legal to handle high-risk cases.
