Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Responsible Gaming Analyst to join our client in Malta. The role focuses on analyzing player behavior, identifying signs of potential addiction, and providing supportive outreach to at‑risk players.

You will help ensure compliance, block underage registrations, review self‑exclusions, and escalate high‑risk cases with actionable recommendations. The position emphasizes collaboration and ongoing RB improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate player behaviour and identify signs of addiction.

• Suggest improvements to RB procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate with management to promote Responsible Gaming and training.

• Investigate player behaviour and identify potential signs of addiction
• Reach out to at-risk players and provide appropriate support and guidance
• Ensure underage players are blocked during the registration process
• Assess self-excluded accounts and process potential refunds
• Maintain and review case reports on a regular basis
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior stakeholders with detailed recommendations
• Suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming procedures and workflows
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of Responsible Gaming, including awareness initiatives and internal training

Requirements

• You're fluent in Danish and confident in English, both spoken and written
