Job summary

Next Job Abroad is looking for a customer support specialist to assist users with tickets and calls. You will provide practical solutions to everyday device usage questions using a case-by-case, customer-oriented approach, and you will work with a passionate, international team.

You will communicate in Danish for daily support and English for training and internal communication, showing empathy and a real desire to help customers.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Danish language (B2 or similar) for daily communication with customers.
• Good command of English (B1 or similar) for training and internal communication.
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS features.
• Demonstrating empathy.
• Desire to help customers as best as possible and willing to contribute to the team's success.
• Result-oriented with personal performance.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Looking for a long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Help the users with any issues they might have via tickets or calls
• Provide solutions to everyday device use questions on a case-by-case customer-oriented approach
• Identify trending issues and bugs from users' reported issues and communicate them to your supervision team
• Work with a passionate team of customer-friendly colleagues from an international background
