Job summary

EG A/S in Ikast seeks a dedicated support consultant to help cemeteries, crematoria, deaneries and funeral homes through phone and written support, building trust and preventing issues.

You’ll join a team of six experienced consultants, working from the Ikast office. Expect case management, training, testing and close collaboration with development and sales teams, with a 37-hour week and Monday–Thursday 8 AM–4 PM, Friday 8 AM–3 PM.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish in daily customer interactions; English for international communication.
• Genuine interest in IT, systems and digital solutions.
• Strong listening and advisory skills; can explain technical topics clearly.
• Curious to learn and apply AI trends in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Handle 1st and 2nd level support via phone and written channels.
• Manage cases and follow up to avoid stalls and keep customers informed.
• Conduct customer and consultant visits to understand needs and provide training.
• Perform testing of applications and collaborate with the development team.
• Document knowledge and share learnings with the team.
