Job summary

SAP Academy for Customer Success in Denmark offers a 10-month learn-apply program for early-career professionals to become Customer Success Managers. You will undergo classroom and field phases, receive onboarding and mentoring, and after completion move into a direct customer-facing CSM role in your market.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
• Proficiency in English to engage with a global network.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics for business problems.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases.
