Job summary

JACK & JONES is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager to set the direction for CRM activities and the loyalty programme, while remaining hands-on to drive execution across acquisition, engagement and retention. You will lead two CRM teammates and collaborate with E-commerce and Performance Marketing to turn customer insights into practical initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience within CRM and digital marketing.
Hands-on expertise in CRM operations and marketing automation.
Strong experience developing and working with loyalty programmes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn customer data into actions that improve performance.
A track record of working across teams and with different stakeholders; able to lead and develop others.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing our CRM and loyalty strategy.
Building on our marketing automation setup and customer journeys.
Developing our loyalty programme and coordinating initiatives across relevant teams.
Growing and retaining our member base through targeted acquisition and retention activities.
Analysing customer data and turning insights into actions across our digital marketing channels.
Leading and developing two colleagues within CRM.
